When i first got ONE software, i imported my  trades from my broker without issue.  Currently when i place a new trade,i import it as I go (obviously).

 

The issue im running into is that when i import the closing trade for an open position and link it to the original trade in ONE, it's not closing out the position in the software.  If i import both the closing and opening trade at once, it works.

 

Any ideas?

 

I did watch the video but perhaps I missed this piece or it wasnt covered as its very basic and im just missing something.

The best thing to do is opening a ticket with their support. They respond very promptly.

Do you import your trades (opening/ closing) from IB

or do you input trades manually ?

interesting, the time stamp on the import was 9:34am despite being added earlier in the day my time (not sure exactly what time it was).  We just passed 9:34 out here in AZ and now the trade shows closed.  Just a setting issue most likely...will see if I can adjust.
